Da Bettina is a San Francisco based production company that offers full scale event planning, catering and private chef services. Founded by chef Joshua Birch who grew up on a small organic farm in the foothills of California, his philosophy is to bring the freshest seasonal ingredients from the farm to the table to create a convivial experience similar to that of how he grew up: Josh’s parents hosted some of the first Slow Food dinners on their CCOF farm and his father continues to provide produce to Los Angeles’ top restaurants.
All of our produce is sourced from local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, bakers and cheese makers, guided by the highest principals of sustainability. Through our practices we create and nurture long lasting relationships with all those whose paths we cross and support local and small businesses.
Da Bettina employs the most sustainable practices in the kitchen and off site to ensure we are leaving behind the smallest footprint while providing the highest quality of food, service and aesthetic.
